Role Overview
As a Merchant Services / MCA Sales Executive, you will hunt, qualify, and close small-to-mid-market businesses that need both affordable payment-processing and short-term working capital. You’ll leverage our Interchange + 0.20 % + $0.10 pricing and Low-Factor (1.15–1.35) Cash Advance to deliver a one-two value punch competitors can’t match.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect via cold calls, LinkedIn, and ISV/referral partnerships.
- Analyze merchant statements; present savings decks using our rate-compare software.
- Package and submit MCA deals with complete bank & processing statements.
- Negotiate deal terms with underwriting; manage pipeline through Close.io CRM.
- Attend virtual demos; coordinate Clover or CardPointe equipment deployment.
- Maintain 30-day follow-up cadence to ensure activation and holdback satisfaction.
Requirements
- • 2+ years selling merchant accounts, payment gateways, or ISO services.
- • Proven track record funding at least $250 k in Merchant Cash Advances per month.
- • Working knowledge of interchange pricing, factor rates, and holdback structures.
- • CRM discipline; ability to manage 75+ active opportunities.
- • Excellent consultative-selling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- • Self-starter attitude—100 % commission + residual comp plan.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up-front MCA Commissions: 4 – 8 % of funded amount, paid within 24 h of funding.
