Centaurus Merchant Services is the payments division of Centaurus Holdings, Inc., a New‑York‑based cyber‑security leader. We combine enterprise‑grade security with ultra‑competitive processing rates so businesses of any size can accept payments safely and affordably.
Centaurus Merchant Services is a Registered ISO (Independent Sales Organization) of both Fiserv and Priority Payment Systems (PPS). That means we are approved to market, board, and support merchant accounts on their acquiring platforms while providing our own pricing, onboarding, and first‑line support. You get the scale and reliability of two top‑ten U.S. processors—with the personal touch of a boutique ISO.
Absolutely. As a U.S. Army veteran‑led company, we waive all application fees and offer Interchange + 0.15% + $0.05 per transaction (or lower on volume) to certified Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (VOSB). Simply provide proof of veteran ownership—DD‑214 or VetBiz certification—during onboarding.

- Clover Payments‑Only plan fee applies—$0–$9.95/mo, waived if you process ≥ $3K/month.
- No long‑term contract; cancel anytime (device must be returned if account closed within 12 months).
You can choose either Clover Mini or Clover Station Solo countertop kits. Hardware cost is fully waived when you process at least $10,000 per month. The required Clover Register software plan ($44.95/mo) is also waived when that volume threshold is met.
We enable merchants to offset up to 100% of card fees by adding a small service fee to card payments and offering an equivalent cash discount. The program is fully compliant in 48Â states (rules differ in COÂ &Â MA) and includes signage kits, software configuration, and monthly compliance audits.
Rates start at Interchange + 0.20% + $0.10 for new businesses processing under $50K/year and decrease to Interchange + 0.05% + $0.02 for merchants processing over $1M/year. We’ll beat any written quote or pay you $500.
