How to Contribute

1. Complete the Survey: Takes 5–7 minutes. Share frustrations, wish‑list features, screenshots, or data points—whatever shines a light on the problem.
2. Optional Phone / Zoom Interview: Book a 20‑minute call if you’d rather talk through your ideas.
3. Submit Supporting Docs: Example statements, chargeback letters, or custom code snippets are gold for our research team (redact sensitive data).

Compensation

We’ll evaluate every submission for depth, originality, and practical applicability. Contributors whose input directly influences our product roadmap will receive a one‑time payment according to this scale:

• $50 – $150: Clear pain point + supporting example
• $200 – $500: Detailed workflow critique with suggested fix or mock‑up
• $1,000: Comprehensive proposal or data set that leads to a proven product change

Payments issued via ACH or PayPal within 10 business days of acceptance.

Confidentiality & Ethics

This is not a sales solicitation. All information is used solely for R&D; you will not be added to marketing lists. Data is stored in an encrypted research vault and deleted upon project completion unless you opt‑in for follow‑up studies.
